LeagueOne ("LeagueOne") Statement on Privacy and Security of
Information. The following policy explains our information
gathering and dissemination practices. PLEASE NOTE: LeagueOne does not sell,
share or otherwise provide any "Personally Identifiable Information" related to
you or your child with any third party without your consent, unless required by
law, court order or as required to technically operate the service.
Personally Identifiable Information Collected
When you register with the LeagueOne™ service, our user registration form may
require you to give us certain information such as your name, e-mail address,
and zip code. LeagueOne will also collect other information you
volunteer to us through use of our service. We refer to this

demographic and profile data, which may include Personally Identifiable
Information, generally through surveys and forms on an optional basis. If you
complete a transaction on LeagueOne, you may be required to enter your credit
card number and information, as well as your address and/or other contact

in our database. Credit card information is used only in support of real-time,
online transactions. Thus, you will be asked to enter credit card information
each and every time you request a LeagueOne online transaction. We may use your
Data if we need to contact you regarding the use of our service or regarding an

Personally Identifiable Information Collected by LeagueOne
LeagueOne records Personally Identifiable Information of children primarily for
use by approved members of subscriber organizations of the LeagueOne Service.
LeagueOne is not liable for any access and/or use of Personally Identifiable
Information granted by subscriber organizations to individuals within their
organization or to third parties.
While LeagueOne uses its own measures to protect the privacy of children, we
are also compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, otherwise
known as COPPA.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
In an effort to give parent’s better control over their children’s personal
information, the Federal Trade Commission has established new rules for Website
operators to make sure that kids' privacy is protected while they're online.
These rules, which went into effect on April 21, 2000, are part of the 1998
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
The law requires that Website operators post comprehensive privacy policies on
their sites, notify parents about their information practices, and obtain
parental consent before collecting any personal information from children under
the age of 13 or allowing kids under 13 to publicly post personal information
such as on web pages, bulletin boards or chat rooms without their parent's
consent.
Basically, the law was enacted to restrict kids from releasing information
about themselves that could allow a stranger to contact them.

Cookies
We use cookies, which are small amounts of data that is sent to your browser
from our Site and stored on your computer. This data is used, among other
things, to help us improve the LeagueOne Site and to remind us who you are when
you return to the LeagueOne Site, allowing us to store your preferences and
customize your service. Cookies are also used to help ensure the overall
accuracy of the data collection and analysis.
IP Address
When you visit our site, we log standard information such as your IP address,
which is a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet
Service Provider, along with the URL from which you came to our site and the
URLs visited on our site. A URL is the full address of a Web site
page, which may or may not contain some Personally Identifiable Information
about the person who is viewing it.
When we send messages to you or others, we may provide a URL link to the
LeagueOne site that contains an alphanumeric identifier, which allows us to
identify the person to whom we sent the message so that we can personalize our
Service for that individual.
Pixel Tags
LeagueOne may use pixel tags to gather information about the e-mails sent to
our registered users and to recipients of messages. Pixel tags are
tiny graphic files, not visible to the human eye, that are included in our
HTML-encoded e-mail messages. When such a message is opened in an
HTML-capable e-mail program, the recipient's computer will access our server to
retrieve the pixel tag file, allowing us to record and store, along with your
e-mail address, the date and time the recipient viewed the invite or reminder,
that the recipient's e-mail program is capable of receiving HTML-encoded
e-mail, and other standard logging information. The pixel tag also may see or
read cookies.
LeagueOne may also collect and use information about our users to tailor the
way our Web site, and associated content, are presented to you. LeagueOne may
review and research our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on
the information taken from a number of sources, including information provided
during registration, through use of the Web site. Additional system information
we may gather includes time, type of Web browser being used, the operating
system/platform, the web site from which you link to LeagueOne, and CPU speed.
We also take note of whether and how you use the information and services that
we provide by recording site traffic patterns, user clickstreams and by
maintaining log files of users' access to site files.
Security
This site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our control and we make good
faith efforts to store the information collected by the LeagueOne service in a
secure operating environment that is not available to the public, but we cannot
guarantee complete security.
Other Web Sites; Links
This Web site may contain links to other Web sites. LeagueOne is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
LeagueOne may offer goods or services for purchase available by third parties.
If you purchase goods or services offered through LeagueOne by such third
parties, then you may be required to submit Personally Identifiable Information
in order to complete the transaction and LeagueOne may provide your Personally
Identifiable Information to such third parties for that purpose.

This policy may change from time to time without prior notice. Changes
will be posted on the site in this location. Your continued use of
the site after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the changes
with regard to information collected in the past and in the future from
you.
